Hunger and Fur

I woke this morning with my little dog wrapped around my neck like a fur stole.

It would have been one of those ‘top-o-the-list’ lifetime moments of pure perfection

Except there was this loud and insistent growling coming from her stomach.

She had gotten so IN MY FACE

To prevent any misconstruing of her situation;


And so I did that for her as I am her human.

It’s what we do for each other to ease the way…yes?

    Happy New Year Cathy…may the wind be always at your back!!!…I just love this painting…I had a dog like Olivia once…truly dog is god spelled backwards!!!
